The bed had half the sheets missing, and I noticed trash hidden under the bed. The bathroom had mold and a pretty grimy tub. It felt like maintenance didn’t have a regular schedule in place. Staff presence was hit or miss. I had to search for help when I encountered issues, and they often seemed distracted. However, on the upside, the location was pretty convenient. it’s close to some fun attractions. The kitchenette in the room was a plus, making it easier to prepare snacks. The staff, when available, were nice enough, but I just wish the overall upkeep matched their friendliness.
